Want to spice up the next brunch you host? Try this!!
Ingredients:
3-4 sliced bananas
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla
A pinch of salt
Note:
This recipe can feed up to 4 people with two-stacked pancakes, waffles, or French toast.
Steps:
Preheat the saucer to medium-high heat.
Slice bananas at the width you prefer.
Throw in butter and allow to coat the entire saucer.
Throw in bananas and stir into butter. Turn the heat down.
Add in sugar, spices and flavor while continuing to stir the mixture.
Bring to a slight boil and immediately remove from heat.
Last Notes:
These steps happen super fast, so make sure you make the sauce last to pour on top of your breakfast items or desserts! (You can try this sauce on a cold bowl of vanilla ice cream, funnel cake, or plain pound cake!)
Its okay if you use those overly ripe bananas you have left on your table!
