Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund (Cancellation within 48 Hours): If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

Forfeiture of Payment (Cancellation within Less than 48 Hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. However, in certain cases, we may consider a partial refund or provide store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Refund for Quality Concerns:

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our desserts. If you believe there is a quality issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
 

No Refunds for Personal Taste:

We do not offer refunds for desserts based on personal taste, as taste preferences can vary.

Handling and Transport:

Once a dessert leaves our bakery in perfect condition, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation or handling.
